Biography
Tyler Ledger joined Graves & Graves, P.C., as a legal assistant in 2018. He has assisted in the preparation of a variety of employment based nonimmigrant visa petitions. Tyler's expertise includes preparing L-1, H-1B, and O-1 visa petitions for filing with the U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services (USCIS). He has considerable experience preparing TN and L-1 petitions for Canadians to submit at Port of Entry and Pre-flight inspection, as well as L-1 blanket petitions for submission at U.S. consulates abroad. Much of Tyler’s work is focused on the needs of corporate clients, particularly those in the energy and healthcare sectors.
Since 2019, Tyler has served as the firm’s Technical Writer for Foreign Affairs. He is responsible for researching and analyzing information on international and foreign affairs to advance client cases. His role requires him to stay current on regulations, reports, treaties, and policies to delineate and integrate the implications of foreign policy changes, operating directives, and new requirements into legal strategy.
Tyler holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in International Development and International Studies from the University of St. Thomas in Houston.
