Indrani McCreary is a Senior Attorney at Graves & Graves, P.C. Her practice consists of research, study, and counsel on complex immigration law issues with a focus on business and family based immigrant and nonimmigrant visas. Indrani prepares and files nonimmigrant and immigrant employment and family-based visa petitions with the U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services and U.S. consulates abroad. She represents clients at employment based and family based adjustment interviews at Immigration Services and prepares and files appeals to denials of visa petitions and waivers for inadmissibility. She also researches and responds to requests for evidence issued by U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services (USCIS).

Indrani graduated with a Master of Business Administration from the University of Houston College of Business Administration and a Master of Laws from the University of Houston Law Center. She also holds a Bachelor of Laws from Bangalore University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Calcutta University.
