Sandra Miroslava Guillen is a law clerk at Graves & Graves, P.C. Her work focuses on communicating with clients and finding solutions for clients who are subject to administrative processing at consulates and embassies abroad. Sandra researches and writes on a variety of complex immigration issues. Since joining the firm, Sandra has assisted in preparing waivers of inadmissibility, including Presidential Proclamation Waivers, employment based and family visa petitions, employer sanctions and responses to Requests for Evidence for business visa holders. She has drafted letters to U.S. embassies and consulates to facilitate administrative processing and has developed a valuable expertise in preparing expedited employment authorization requests to the U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services (USCIS).
Sandra earned her Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law. She graduated from Baylor University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.
