Monica Lopez is a Legal Assistant at Graves & Graves, P.C. Since 2013, Monica has assisted attorneys in the preparation and filing of documentation for a variety of processes with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). She has extensive experience preparing documentation for status adjustments, advanced parole, employment authorization, naturalization, and employment and family-based petitions. Monica is skilled in working with clients, organizing and assembling supporting evidence for various types of cases, and reviewing work with attorneys. She also assists in administrative matters, sometimes answering the phone and staffing the front desk. She provides a warm, inviting, and helpful presence around the office and strives for excellence in serving our clients.
